Kirabat's Terms & Conditions

Kirabat is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform built specifically for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between Kirabat and its users ("you").

By accessing Kirabat through our website, mobile app, or any other digital channel, you automatically agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.

These terms have been written in Bengali to ensure every user in Bangladesh can understand them with ease. However, in the event of a legal dispute, the English version shall take precedence. Kirabat reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and users will be duly notified before any changes come into effect.

• These Terms apply alongside Kirabat's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
• If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
• Your rights are fully protected when you use Kirabat in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

To open an account on Kirabat, you must provide accurate and complete information in the registration form. Accounts created with false or incomplete details may be closed at any time and any balance may be forfeited.

Each user may register only one account. Multiple accounts by the same person ("multi-accounting") are strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected sharing the same device, IP address, or payment method, all associated accounts will be closed.

• During registration, you must provide your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address.
• A copy of your National ID or passport may be required to complete account verification.
• Keeping your account login credentials confidential is entirely your own responsibility.
• Any suspicious activity on your account must be reported to Kirabat support immediately.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Kirabat's services. This platform is strictly off-limits to minors. Kirabat may request relevant documents to verify your age at any time.

If a minor opens an account using false information, all transactions on that account will be voided and any deposited funds will not be returned. We urge parents and guardians to ensure that minors cannot access Kirabat.

Kirabat accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, VISA, Mastercard, and USDT. All payment methods must be registered in your own name. Transactions made through third-party payment methods will be cancelled and may put your account at risk.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 10 minutes to a maximum of 24 hours. However, large withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed. Kirabat reserves the right to carry out additional verification for any transactions deemed suspicious.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 | Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawing during an active bonus may result in the bonus balance being cancelled.
• Kirabat does not charge any fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the original deposit.
• Kirabat follows international AML policies to prevent money laundering.

Once a bet placed on Kirabat is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless the event is cancelled or postponed. All bets are processed in real time, and outcomes are determined based on the official results of the relevant sports authority.

Odds in live betting can change rapidly. The odds at the time a bet is placed are considered final. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Kirabat reserves the right to void the affected bet.

• If an event is cancelled, the full stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Any bet suspected of being linked to match-fixing or manipulation will be placed on hold pending investigation.
• Maximum bet limits are set and displayed individually for each event.
• In a parlay/accumulator bet, if one selection is void, it will be counted at odds of 1.0.

Kirabat offers various bonus promotions — including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, and free bets — each subject to specific terms. Full details on wagering requirements, validity periods, and eligible games are available on the respective offer page.

Bonus abuse — including claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, misusing another user's referral code, or employing risk-free betting strategies to withdraw bonus funds — is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.

• The welcome bonus is available exclusively to new members making their first deposit.
• Winnings from bets placed with bonus balance will be credited to the bonus balance first.
• Bonuses will not be converted to real money until wagering requirements are fully met.
• Kirabat reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer without prior notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Kirabat platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure, balance forfeiture, and potential legal action.

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets.
• Attempting to access or hack another user's account.
• Intentionally exploiting any bug or vulnerability in the platform's software.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Sharing or selling your account to another user.

Kirabat reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice, particularly in cases of terms violations, suspicious activity, or failed verification.

Users may close their account at any time. Any real money balance will be refunded, but bonus balances will be forfeited. To self-exclude, please contact our support team.

• Suspended accounts cannot be logged into or used for any transactions.
• Appeals against account closures must be submitted to support within 7 business days.
• Account balances may not be refunded if the account was closed due to a breach of these terms.

Kirabat collects, stores, and uses your personal information solely to provide our services and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data to third parties. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy Read.

By using the platform, you consent to Kirabat storing your transaction data, betting history, and device information. This data is used for security verification, fraud prevention, and service improvement.

Kirabat makes no guarantees regarding winning or losing on bets. Sports Betting carries inherent risk, and all bets are placed at your own discretion. Kirabat bears no financial responsibility for any betting outcomes.

Kirabat will not be held liable for any losses resulting from technical issues, internet disruptions, or third-party service failures. However, where losses are directly caused by a fault on the platform's end, reasonable compensation will be considered.

• Kirabat's total liability shall in no case exceed the original amount of the transaction in question.
• Kirabat is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or any future losses.
• Kirabat shall not be held liable in force majeure situations, including natural disasters, war, or cyberattacks.

For any disputes or complaints, please contact Kirabat's customer support team first. Our team typically resolves issues within 48 hours.

If a matter cannot be resolved through customer support, it will be referred to a neutral third party for mediation. Both parties agree to be bound by the outcome of that mediation.

Kirabat reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified via platform notification, email, or on-site announcement at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the platform after updated Terms & Conditions are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, please stop using the platform and withdraw your available balance.
